Three layers of vanilla sponge filled with layers of our housemade Italian vanilla and chocolate custard...you can see why this is one of our most loved.
The outside vanilla cream layer is coated with roasted almond flakes and topped with cream rosettes and fresh strawberries.
Please note that at times we replace with maraschino cherries when strawberries aren't available.
